No. Agents are often the right pattern inside what we ship, but the product is the AI-first build that solves the problem: a feature, an operation, an internal system. We pick the pattern after the problem, not before.

What stack do you build on?

Yours. We ship to your cloud, your model providers, your data store, and your CI. We are fluent in the current frontier stacks (OpenAI, Anthropic, the open-weights ecosystem) and the orchestration layer of your choice.

Who owns the IP, the prompts, and the code?

Accepted Answer

You do. Code, prompts, handbooks, and evals all live in your repos under your license from day one. There is no vendor lock; the goal is a build your team can run after we leave.

How do you handle data privacy and security?

Production work runs against your data inside your environment. We follow the access patterns your security team already trusts: short-lived credentials, audit trails, least-privilege agents, and redaction at the boundary.

Do you work with our existing engineering team?

Yes. Most engagements are joint builds. We pair with your engineers, write code in your repos, and use the review process you already run.

What does day-to-day look like during an engagement?

A weekly working session with the partner running the engagement, a shared decision log, a monthly written review, and async time in your Slack or Teams.

What happens after the handover?

The build is yours and your team runs it. We are available on retainer for second-quarter work, but the standing engagement ends when the handbook is signed.

Are you currently taking on new clients?

We run a small number of engagements at a time so the senior partners are on every one. We are booking the next quarter; intros and scoping calls are open this week.
